The Customer Service Representative/WavePlanner is crucial role in conducting all GXP & Pharma Regulatory aspects of Operations within our client's assigned business project portfolio and our internal Pharma & Healthcare policies and procedures. We are looking for a front-runner with experience in Pharma Care. The normal operating hours are Monday to Friday from 8am- 4:30pm.This may involve working some weekends periodically. The Customer Service Representative/WavePlanner must have experience in a Pharma/Cold Chain environment. This position reports to the Operation's Manager. This role is a crucial role in conducting all GXP & Pharma Regulatory aspects.

How you create impact
  • The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will manage customer queries and complaints.
  • Perform administrative tasks for area or shift
  • Maintain filing systems and documents per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
  • Interact with customers and employees, answering questions regarding shipment times, product cuts, loads not picked up by the carrier, and damage claims
  • Coordinate processing of export orders in the AES system.
  • Using the WMS system, update area or shift metrics as needed
  • Additional duties as assigned, overtime as needed
  • Secondary support of local team as needed
What we would like you to bring
  • Minimum of 2 years customer service experience working with warehouse management systems, order management systems and/or Manhattan
  • A HS Diploma or GED or BS/BA degree in Logistics, Biology, Business Management, Industrial Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Working knowledge of warehouse operational procedures, including receiving, order processing, picking, packing, shipping, inventory management and cycle counting.
  • Knowledge of major WMS functions and how they relate to operational procedures
  • Strong interpersonal skills to include communication, presentation, and resolution management with an ability to remain calm and exhibit professional behavior at all times
  • Working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Able to work extended hours when production dictates
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on an as needed basis.
