Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Experience:

• 18 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 6 months of Epic experience is required.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program and no current placement allowed at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program.

• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program and no current placement allowed at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program.

Additional Details:

All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission

1 Reference must be from the most recent place of employment.

Clinicians must have at least 18 months of permanent full-time staff experience in the specialty applying to PRIOR to having ever traveled.

Engagements are limited to 18 consecutive months.

Required Skills/Experience: Cardiac Cath experience and Interventional Radiology, Vascular, or Neuro. Must have two of 4 modalities experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience: 2 years preferred

Preferred Credentials: Certified or Registered Cardiovascular Tech (RCVT) preferred

Unit/Facility Details: Parking Cost: Free in any unrestricted space- additional info in FDI

Shift & Scheduling:

Weekend Requirements Can Be Discussed with Manager

Call Requirement: Case-by-Case Basis; No Set Schedule, but Required

Floating Requirements: will float to all 3 hospitals (Martin North, South, Tradition - within 20 miles)

Details:

AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
