JOB SUMMARY

Work closely with the Commercial Contract Team and other internal teams to provide detailed contract administrative support resulting in increased customer service, customer satisfaction and excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage contract signature process for all commercial contracts
  • Manage commercial contract records, including maintaining contract database within the DiaSorin/Luminex CRM system
  • Support the DiaSorin/Luminex Commercial Contract Team throughout the contract lifecycle
  • Assist in general administration of commercial contracts
  • Monitor contract records for upcoming expirations and renewals
  • Assist in research and data gather projects related to commercial contracts
  • Collaborate with internal team as needed to problem solve and provide required contract data
  • Provide responsive customer service while administrating sales contracts
  • Be a problem solver
  • Provide recommendations and options to help solve problems
  • Establish collaborative and positive relationships with our internal team by understanding and responding to their needs
  • Demonstrate knowledge of company's products and services
  • Investigate and reconcile commercial contract discrepancies
  • Stay informed on new products from sales and technical staff

QUALIFICATIONS

  • H.S. Diploma High School degree required, bachelors preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Legal or Business Administration
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word and most importantly, Excel
  • CRM (SalesForce) skills required
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP and Oracle) preferred Experience with DocuSign e-signature software preferred
  • High-level of communication skills - ability to communicate effectively via phone and email by utilizing active listening skills
  • Speak effectively, both individually and before groups of both external customers and / or various levels of employees within the organization
  • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety contractual documents
  • Able to be accountable and responsible for tasks assigned

The hourly range for this position is $25.00 - $35.50 hourly. The compensation range for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, educations, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. Beyond base wages, Diasorin offers a competitive rewards package focused on your overall well-being.
