This involves tracking deliverables, timelines, budgets, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Effective contract monitoring helps to identify issues early, manage risks, and ensure that the goals of the contract are achieved. It is a critical function in both public and private sector organizations to maximize value and minimize disputes.
