Role Summary

The Specialist, Platforms & Execution supports strategic, operational, and governance activities across Model Risk Management (MRM). The role serves as a key coordinator for leadership priorities, governance forums, communications, knowledge management, and continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will help drive execution of department objectives while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, collaboration, and stakeholder experience.

Key Responsibilities

Governance & Leadership Support

  • Coordinate Model Risk governance forums, panels, and leadership meetings.

  • Manage scheduling, agendas, meeting materials, minutes, and action tracking.

  • Support preparation of executive presentations, reports, and communications.

  • Assist leadership in organizing and tracking strategic priorities and deliverables.

Operational Excellence

  • Support execution of department initiatives and operational improvements.

  • Maintain procedures, documentation, and process inventories.

  • Track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across initiatives.

  • Assist with reporting, metrics, and status updates for leadership.

Digital Workplace & Knowledge Management

  • Own and maintain MRM collaboration and knowledge-management platforms.

  • Lead ongoing enhancement of MRM SharePoint and intranet resources.

  • Manage leadership OneNote repositories and shared documentation.

  • Improve accessibility, organization, and usability of team resources.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Support evaluation and piloting of emerging technologies and productivity tools.

  • Coordinate user feedback, lessons learned, and adoption activities.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve team efficiency.

  • Assist with change management and communication efforts related to new capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools including Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and OneNote.
