Knowledge of instructional content and effective instructional practices at the elementary school level
Provide supportive expertise in Language Arts and Mathematical instructional content, instructional practices, and diagnostic assessment
High visibility at the school, in the classrooms, and in the community
Belief in a safe and orderly school environment

Perform supervision and evaluation of certificated and classified staff members
