permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
As a PCBA Manufacturing Test Engineer, you will be responsible for defining and implementing manufacturing and test processes for Satellite PCBA sub-systems. You will be a key member of the development team and will be the main interface between internal engineering and operations teams as well as our manufacturing partners.
Key job responsibilities
Develop test strategy, implement and optimize test setup/processes at Contract Manufacturing sites including identification, specification, design and qualification of test fixtures, test equipment and diagnostic software.
Work with the Design and Manufacturing teams to identify and resolve manufacturing challenges by verifying compliance with DFM and DFT principles.
Identify and report product failures to manufacturing and quality teams
Train operators on test processes and support recurring certification programs
Record, analyze, and report process metrics to predict and eliminate process failures
Support PCBA debug and root-cause failure analysis at Contract Manufacturing sites
Provide feedback to Engineering on test coverage, fault isolation capability, and PCBA failure trends for continuous improvement efforts
Manage configuration changes and manage configuration control throughout the process
