We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer to support the development, maintenance, and management of technical and business documentation for a long-term project in Raleigh, NC.

Key Responsibilities
- Documentation Development: Create, update, and maintain user manuals, training materials, release notes, technical specifications, and system documentation.
- Operational Support: Author and refine SOPs, installation guides, operations manuals, and business continuity/disaster recovery procedures.
