Key Job Responsibilities
- Complete assigned repair tasks efficiently, striving to meet or surpass established flat rate times and maintain a low re-do rate to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Adhere rigorously to all Komatsu Equipment Company and customer-specific safety policies and procedures, fostering a safe workplace for all team members.
- Accurately and promptly complete all required documentation including work orders, parts orders, Job Safety Analyses (JSA), and data management systems such as DBS, SIMS, SIS Web, and Shop Time Worksheet (STW).

- Skillfully remove and install machine parts, disassemble and reassemble components, and accurately test and adjust assemblies with minimal supervision, ensuring functionality and quality.
- Provide precise quotations and pricing estimates to customers by evaluating repair needs and resource requirements.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and component failures using advanced diagnostic tools and in-depth technical knowledge, offering reliable repair recommendations.
- Conduct thorough testing and verification procedures to confirm the successful operation of all completed repairs and adjustments prior to job closure.

Qualifications/Requirements
