Who We AreWe Are Lucky Strike Entertainment, one of the largest and most successful location-based entertainment companies in the World with 360 upscale and traditional Bowling Centers, five expansive and well located Waterparks, a large Amusement Park in California and 10 upscale Boomers Family Entertainment Centers in major markets. From a humble beginning with one bowling center in 1997, we redefined an industry and built a powerhouse Company with 14,000 Associates and nearly $1.4 billion in annual revenue.  Hospitality is our core and we strive to deliver memorable experiences for every guest on every visit. When you join Lucky Strike, you join a team of passionate winners and give yourself the best opportunity for sustained career growth and opportunity.  It's not easy to get hired by us - we want only the most talented and committed Managers, but when you do join Lucky Strike, the rewards are abundant.OverviewThe Role As a Senior Facility Manager, you will lead the facilities function across multiple centers, develop your Facility Managers, and make sure every location in your region stays safe, reliable, and fully operational, moving as comfortably through repair cost trends as through a mechanical space. Must have HVAC experience with new and old systems and be able to travel to different Houston locations. What You'll Do
  • Oversee facility operations across multiple centers, ensuring equipment reliability, asset protection, and consistent maintenance standards
  • Coach and develop Facility Managers and maintenance teams, strengthening technical skills and troubleshooting capability across the region
  • Lead and refine preventative maintenance programs to maximize uptime across lanes, arcade attractions, building systems, and F&B equipment
  • Manage regional facility budgets, capital repairs, vendor contracts, and inventory with financial discipline
  • Analyze performance trends including downtime, repair costs, and equipment life cycles to drive efficiency improvements
  • Provide direct technical support across centers during high-volume periods and critical equipment failures
What You'll Bring
  • 5 or more years of facilities leadership with experience managing teams across multiple locations
  • Strong technical background in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, specifically with commercial or light commercial HVAC, rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, chillers, package units, VAV boxes, refrigeration crossover: walk-in coolers/freezers, reach-ins, and ice machines.
  • Experience in field diagnostics, component level troubleshooting, reading electrical schematics, compressor change-outs, leak detection, and brazing/soldering.
  • Experience in preventative maintenance, filter cycles, belt replacements, coil cleaning, and system performance logging.
  • Proven ability to develop facility teams and improve operational uptime across a portfolio of locations
  • Advanced financial acumen including capital planning, repair forecasting, vendor negotiation, and cost control
  • Strong command of safety standards, risk management, and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to lift 50 or more pounds, climb ladders, and work in mechanical and technical spaces
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
What You'll Get Our people are the reason guests keep coming back. Here is what we offer our Management team:
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision plans to select from based on your needs
  • Wellness resources to help you along your wellness journey
  • 401(k) Retirement Plans
  • Employee Stock Purchase Program
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Vacation and Holidays
  • Perks! Bowling, Boomer's, and Waterpark discounts, Retail discounts, Event discounts, and more!
