Overview
Remote, Must be located in Southeastern United States

What You'll Do:
The Regional League Development Manager would be responsible for the league and tournament business within their respective regions. He/she facilitates fulfillment of regional goals and company initiatives.
  • Work directly with center League Champions with league lane grids, InTouch Checklist, competitor visits/outside recruiting, setting goals, building daily/weekly action plans, holding the Champions and centers accountable with weekly visits, training and development.
    • League banking statements
  • Development, retention and recruitment of existing and new bowlers and leagues. Play an avid role in their region's Fall/mid-season/Summer outreach.
    • Visit leagues throughout their respective region
    • Attend League Officer meetings and individual league meetings
    • Includes Fall and Summer League lane grids
    • Collect Open House dates for their respective region
  • They will collaborate with each center's League Champion/GM/DM to help identify opportunity days to grow leagues and have knowledge of the League Retention and Acquisition funds. Be more aware of market conditions with the competition (struggling centers, closures, facility issues that drive out their leagues, etc.) and respond accordingly.
    • Complete weekly reporting
    • Attend District Manager weekly calls
  • Mentor one new manager each month in their respective region. The RVP or DM would select this manager.
  • Build a strong working relationship with local & state associations to bring tournaments back into our centers.
    • Attend local association meetings/workshops
  • Work directly with Sales for all league displacements
  • Partner with each centers Pro Shop operators
    • Promotions
    • League Incentives
    • Repairs
  • Attend monthly league initiatives
    • Conduct weekly or bi-weekly calls with League Champions
  • Conduct quarterly League Champion meetings
  • LMA region access
  • Audit revenue reports
    • Expected League Revenue Report
    • Prize Fund Exception Report
  • There will be travel involved with this position throughout the company to assist with in person meetings and tournament support where applicable

What You'll Bring:
  • Regional League Development Manager possess a highly developed sense of customer service and interpersonal skills including high integrity, respect for all individuals (customers, vendors, and employees), solid communication skills, strong critical and analytical thinking skills, and appreciation of diversity (thought, ethnic, gender, etc.).
  • B.A. /B.S. degree. 3 - to 5 years related experience. Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.

The pay range for this position is $75,000 per year plus 10% bonus.
