Who You Are:
  • 3 years+ of experience in-home sales within the kitchen and bath industry.
  • Extensive network of contacts and key industry connections with realtors, interior designers, general contractors and multi-family builders and property managers.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing key referral partners and new business with key accounts.
  • Strong understanding of bath and kitchen remodeling and new installation services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and a strong closer.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify, develop and nurture relationships with key accounts: realtor, designers, general contractors, property managers, aging-in-home facilities, and multi-family builders, in need of kitchen and bath remodeling and new installation services.
  • Leverage existing key relationships and account connections to introduce and sell bath and kitchen remodeling and installation services.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with key commercial accounts.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs of $150k in sales per month.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
