We are looking for an experienced Installation Manager to oversee our installation operations and lead our installation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with construction and remodeling experience who enjoys managing people, solving problems, and ensuring every project is completed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and schedule daily installation projects.
  • Supervise and support installation crews to ensure quality workmanship and on-time project completion.
  • Review customer contracts and coordinate material orders.
  • Oversee warehouse inventory and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Perform quality control inspections and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve installation issues and provide field support when needed.
  • Coordinate permits, documentation, and CRM updates.
  • Monitor project costs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor installation team members.
  • Manage installation schedules, employee time-off requests, and job assignments.
  • Maintain accurate records, including timesheets, receipts, and completed projects.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in construction, remodeling, or installation management.
  • Previous experience managing installation crews.
  • Experience with acrylic bath and shower systems preferred.
  • Kitchen remodeling experience is a strong plus.
  • Plumbing knowledge is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
