Contract Junior Flutter Developer Jobs (NOW HIRING)

Mobile Application Development Team | Contract | Hybrid — Charlotte, NC

We are seeking an experienced Senior Flutter Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications. This role focuses on building scalable, responsive, and user-friendly applications for Android and iOS using Flutter and Dart. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver innovative mobile solutions that meet business and customer needs.

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
• Build responsive, reusable, and efficient UI components with a focus on performance and usability
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality mobile solutions
• Integrate RESTful APIs, Firebase services, and third-party integrations
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize mobile application performance
• Implement state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX
• Develop and execute unit tests, widget tests, and integration tests
• Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to technical standards
• Publish, monitor, and maintain applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store
• Stay current with Flutter releases, mobile development trends, and emerging technologies

• 5+ years of professional Flutter development experience
• Strong expertise in Dart programming language
• Experience developing and deploying Android and iOS applications
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and HTTP protocols
• Experience with Firebase services including Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Analytics, and Crashlytics
• Experience with state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX
• Familiarity with Git and distributed version control systems
• Understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and responsive application development
• Experience with local storage solutions such as SQLite or Hive
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

• Experience with native Android development using Kotlin or Java
• Experience with native iOS development using Swift
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and mobile application deployment automation
• Experience integrating payment gateways into mobile applications
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies
• Experience integrating maps, push notifications, and location-based services

• Senior-level Flutter developer with a track record of delivering production mobile applications
