Experience with implementing Calypso functionality within Front Office areas, worked on the Pricing, Event Services, Trade Capture, Reg Reporting Modules, Java

Detailed Job Description:


At least 5 years of overall Technical experience in Java, J2EE, Oracle/Sybase, and Unix Shell Scripting.

At least 2 years of solid hands-on experience on the Calypso platform (version 18 and upwards desired) with prior experience in design and development, customization, extension, system integration, version upgrade, and ongoing maintenance and production support projects.


Sound knowledge of the Capital Markets domain, having an understanding of various financial instruments, including Equities, Fixed Income, Commodities, Derivatives, FX Markets, and Trading Systems business functions.


Understanding of technical architecture surrounding the package, including integration with different systems & their impact on the solution.


Agile and DevOps experience, including hands-on experience on CI/CD tools.


Understanding & experience of tailoring methodologies to suit customer/project needs.


Experience in environment management, build and deployment management.


Planning and Co-ordination skills.


Ability to drive conversations with business teams with minimal support from peers


Liaise with the Solution Architects, Business Analysts and Testers to ensure they understand the technical requirements of the systems


Minimum Years of Experience: 10+ years
