Familiarity with frameworks like Spring Boot, version control systems (e.g., Git), build tools (e.g., Maven or Gradle), and cloud platforms is often required. Outstanding problem-solving ability, adaptability, and clear communication skills help you collaborate effectively and respond to rapidly changing project needs.
