POSITION TITLE: SENIOR JAVA-AWS PROGRAMMER
LOCATION: 600 E. BROAD ST RICHMOND, VA 23219 (Need Locals with DL Only)
POSITION STATUS: 10-MONTH CONTRACT

TOP MUST HAVES:

  • MOSTLY REMOTE (1-2 onsite days a month in Richmond, VA)
    Document the design and technical structure of the custom workflows in the Appeals application that supports the Appeals Division. Solution is built on MicroPact’s entelli-trak platform. The solution is hosted in AWS

Our Client Seeking an expert level programmer analyst that can independently review an existing system and document the configuration details. The individual will be required to understand and document the customizations that have been added to the base code. In addition, the analyst will document all existing interfaces and current hosting environment. Analyst will be required to review the stories and change requests documented in JIRA as part of the documentation process.

Qualifications and experience

  • Experienced in Java programming – Required, 12 years
  • Experienced in using JIRA
  • Experience working with cloud-hosted solutions (especially AWS) - 5yrs 
  • Experience documenting existing process automation workflows
  • Good understanding of authentication and authorization using single sign-on solutions 
  • Good understanding of network concepts – , 3 years
  • Experienced in configuring entellitrak platform – 3 to 4yrs 
  • Experience documenting design details using MS tools (Word, Excel, Visio)
  • Ability to communicate system design and technical functions to business leads
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently; self-starter –  3 years
