Software Development Engineering - Advisor
TITLE: Software Development Engineering - Advisor
EMPLOYER: Fiserv Solutions, LLC
LOCATION: Milwaukee, WI (and various unanticipated locations throughout the US subject to authorization from management)
DUTIES: Utilize cloud enabled technologies to develop first in class predictive modeling solutions with the ability to scale horizontally. Utilize experience in Java, Microservices, and RESTful API development to develop and support applications through the SDLC. Create and develop monitoring tools to ensure business applications are running without issue. Design and develop core extensions to an innovative application framework with desired data modeling. Work with external development teams to leverage project deliveries across all development teams.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field and 4 years in any job title involving Java development experience. Alternatively, the employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field and 2 years in any job title involving Java development experience. Prior experience must include 2 years in the following: creating low latency and high frequency software applications using REST APIs, Kafka, and Maven; microservice architecture; working with AWS ECS and Snowflake technologies; and working in the FinTech Payments industry.
