Associate Consultant / Software Engineer
Role Overview 

This role involves designing and delivering custom software solutions across a range of technologies. The consultant will work as part of a small, collaborative team to solve complex client problems and bring digital products to life. The position offers opportunities for both technical contribution and early leadership development within a structured, growth-oriented environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build, test, and deploy full-stack applications across web and cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Lead small workstreams or project components, including task estimation, technical design, and peer mentorship.
  • Present technical and business concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from planning and architecture through delivery and support.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning, technical excellence, and teamwork.
  • Operate effectively in a hybrid work model, combining remote collaboration with in-person engagement as needed.
