Chop Tree Service is seeking an experienced SkyTrimmer / Jarraff Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience operating high-reach tree removal equipment and a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and professionalism. This is a position on a long term contract that has great growth potential.
ResponsibilitiesOperate SkyTrimmer and/or Jarraff equipment for large and hazardous tree trims/removals
Perform precise tree cutting in residential, commercial, and roadside environments
Conduct daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance
Coordinate with ground crews to ensure safe and efficient job execution
Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations
Maintain a clean and professional worksite
Prior experience operating SkyTrimmer and/or Jarraff equipment required
Knowledge of tree removal techniques and safety procedures
Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred
Ability to pass background check and drug screening (if applicable)
Competitive pay based on experience
