Job Summary:
This position will provide administrative and operational support for Student Housing by coordinating staff hiring and student employment processes, supporting payroll and time-entry systems, managing office supply inventory, administering student scholarships, assisting with year-end damage billing, and overseeing departmental contracts and Requests for Proposals (RFPs). This position will also serve as a liaison with campus partners, vendors and contractors to ensure efficient business operations, compliance with university procedures and effective support of departmental initiatives. In addition, this position will provide backup as needed for procurement processes.Job Description:
