Job description

AI Solution Delivery resource to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions that transform how Client manages its contract lifecycle from initiation and authoring through negotiation, execution, compliance, and renewal. You ll sit within WW Sales BPR, partnering closely with Sales Operations, Legal, Finance, and Engineering to identify high-impact use cases and bring them from concept to production.
Key Responsibilities:
Use Case Discovery & Prioritization Partner with contract lifecycle stakeholders to identify automation and intelligence opportunities (e.g., clause extraction, obligation tracking, renewal prediction, risk scoring, contract summarization).
Solution Design Architect end-to-end AI solutions including data pipelines, model selection (LLM, NLP, ML), integration points, and UX flows that fit within Apple s enterprise ecosystem.
Delivery & Implementation Own the build cycle: requirements gathering, prototyping, iteration with users, testing, deployment, and post-launch measurement.
Stakeholder Enablement Translate technical capabilities into business value for non-technical partners; run demos, training sessions, and adoption programs.
Cross-Functional Coordination Work with Legal, Procurement, Sales Ops, IT, and Data Engineering to ensure solutions meet compliance, security, and scalability requirements.
Continuous Improvement Monitor solution performance, gather feedback, and iterate. Stay current on advances in GenAI, NLP, and contract intelligence tooling.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experienced in solution delivery, consulting, or product development with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML solutions
Demonstrated experience with contract management, CLM platforms, or adjacent legal-tech domains
Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP techniques, and their application to document-heavy workflows
Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured technical requirements
Experience working in matrixed, cross-functional environments (Sales, Legal, Finance, Engineering)
Excellent communication skills comfortable presenting to senior leadership and working with individual contributors alike
