Job description

Job Title: Material Operations Coordinator Location: Weston, FL Type: Contract Work Model: Onsite Hours: M - F 1st Shift Compensation: $25 - 30.40/hr

Responsibilities

  • Help ensure components, subassemblies, and finished goods progress through the various stages of service processing.
  • Will interface with production, procurement, depot technicians, SAP experts, and others to ensure an integrated and efficient approach to the flow of materials.
  • Administers and operates the Robotic Service Engineering organization's systems and inventory.
  • Ensures progress of critical materials throughout the receipt, inspection, service, and release process
  • Interacts with SAP, ServiceMax, and local systems to ensure traceability and quality documentation.
  • Focuses on advancement, consumption, and documentation of components, subassemblies, instrumentation, as well as full robotic systems within the Ortho Tech product family in accordance with established procedures.
  • Controls the flow of goods and documentation associated with depot functions.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • 2 years of experience in medical capital equipment systems - highly preferred
  • Experience with SAP, ServiceMax, Expandable- highly preferred
  • Knowledge on Lean or Six Sigma- preferred
  • Experience with automation - preferred.
