  • Review vendor submittals, instrument packages, control panel documentation, factory acceptance test procedures, software configuration documents, and commissioning deliverables.
  • Support loop checks, calibrations, functional testing, integrated system testing, troubleshooting, startup, commissioning, and turnover activities.
  • Coordinate I&C interfaces with process engineering, piping, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, cybersecurity, safety basis, quality, construction, maintenance, and operations teams.
  • Support field walkdowns, installation issue resolution, design change packages, and technical evaluations.
  • Maintain configuration control of I&C deliverables and ensure design outputs align with specifications, standards, and project requirements.
  • Communicate technical issues clearly and support schedule-driven completion of controls deliverables.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with instrument datasheets, I/O lists, loop diagrams, controls integration, testing, commissioning, and vendor coordination.
  • Knowledge of field instrumentation, wiring, PLC/DCS interfaces, alarms, interlocks, calibration, loop checks, and functional testing.
  • Ability to interpret P&IDs, control narratives, logic diagrams, specifications, vendor data, and field conditions.
  • Strong troubleshooting, technical writing, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required site access, training, and security clearances.
  • Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearances requirements, US citizenship is required.

Preferred Qualifications
