JOB DESCRIPTION: Aerospace Source Inspector
Requirements include but are not limited to:
  • The ability to perform product source inspections including in-process, final, and first article inspections per AS9102 and customer requirements. Experience with hands-on dimensional inspection is required.
  • The ability to read and understand complex engineering drawings, specifications, geometric dimensions and tolerances per ANSI/ASME Y 14.5.
  • The ability to perform mechanical measurement for verifying the compliance of complex machined, formed, cast, forged, and assembled aircraft structures.

Additional Notes:
  • It is needed to support Source Inspection activity at customer-supplier locations. (Buffalo, NY)
  • Start Date: Upon Approval
  • Frequency of visits: 20-30 hours a week
  • Ability to Travel
  • Computer skills required
  • W2 Contract; US Citizen
