RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Plano, TX that is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Design & Documentation Specialist.
Duties:
* Design, build, and maintain Talent Acquisition SharePoint Online sites and digital experiences
* Develop user-friendly, visually appealing, and scalable SharePoint solutions to support internal and external stakeholders
* Ensure SharePoint content remains relevant, organized, and aligned with business priorities
* Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving user experience and information accessibility
* Create and maintain site architecture, navigation, content libraries, and governance standards
* Design and develop executive-level PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership, Talent Acquisition leaders, and business stakeholders
* Translate complex information into compelling visual stories and concise executive messaging
* Create high-quality presentations, infographics, dashboards, and communication materials that support strategic initiatives
* Document recruiting, operational, and business processes through detailed workflows, playbooks, and process guides
* Develop standardized documentation frameworks that drive consistency across Talent Acquisition
* Create process maps, swim lanes, decision trees, and workflow diagrams
* Maintain and update documentation as processes evolve
* Design internal and external-facing guides that support onboarding, training, and operational excellence
* Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders, recruiters, HR teams, and business stakeholders to understand current-state and future-state processes
* Facilitate process discovery sessions and requirements gathering workshops
* Identify process improvement opportunities and assist in process engineering initiatives
* Translate business requirements into visual documentation and scalable operating procedures
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of experience with SharePoint Online Design & Development
* 5+ years of experience with PowerPoint Executive Presentation Development
* 3+ years of experience with Playbook & Documentation Design
* Experience designing, building, and maintaining SharePoint Online sites and digital experiences
* Strong understanding of SharePoint Online capabilities, architecture, navigation, content management, and user experience design
* Advanced PowerPoint skills with demonstrated experience building executive-facing presentations
* Ability to transform complex business information into visually compelling presentations and storytelling assets
* Experience creating playbooks, process documentation, standard operating procedures, and workflow documentation
* Strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills
The ideal candidate combines strong design expertise with business process acumen and can translate complex workflows and operational concepts into clear, engaging, and actionable deliverables. Success in this role requires exceptional organization, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality products on tight timelines.
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
