Job description

  • Execute end-user onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning/de-provisioning, device setup, access management, and license assignment
  • Manage user lifecycles across AD, Azure AD, Google Workspace, Microsoft, and other enterprise tools based on HR triggers
  • Track and manage IT service requests in Jira, including ticket creation, assignment, status updates, sprint tracking, and closure within SLAs
  • Manage IT infrastructure service requests
  • Perform backups of systems and network devices
  • Administer Active Directory services and Windows utility servers
  • Maintain the Active Directory environment, including GPO-driven policies, user/group management, and potential cross-domain functionality
  • Create accounts, troubleshoot, configure Active Directory, and provide L2/L3 support for the help desk
  • Manage and troubleshoot the Citrix server environment
  • Install, configure, troubleshoot, and support XenDesktop 7
  • Support hosted shared desktops and persistent/non-persistent VDI machines
Requirements
  • Experienced Systems Engineer II supporting enterprise-level Citrix, Windows, and VMware environments
  • Provide L2/L3 support in a 24x7 operational setup
  • Execute end-user onboarding/offboarding and lifecycle management across enterprise platforms
  • Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs
  • Hands-on experience with network switching concepts and configurations
  • Understanding of LAN/WAN architecture, routing, and basic firewall concepts
  • Hands-on experience with Meraki devices and environments
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Windows utility servers, DFS, Terminal Servers, Hyper-V, IIS, SCOM, and file servers
  • Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and Azure AD
  • Outstanding Windows troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Certificate Authority, and RADIUS servers
  • Full proven knowledge of Citrix XenDesktop 7
  • Experience installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting XenDesktop 7
  • Knowledge of hosted shared desktops and persistent/non-persistent VDI machines
