Client Details Our client is a well‑established commercial construction and interior finishing firm specializing in drywall, framing, acoustical ceilings, and turnkey project delivery. The company is known for its strong operational structure, consistent workload, and collaborative approach between office and field teams. They emphasize quality, communication, and efficiency across all phases of construction, partnering closely with general contractors on retail, commercial, and large‑scale build‑out projects nationwide. Currently have about $75M under contract this 2026 and already $25M on the books for 2027. Opportunity to work on some of the most exciting developments in Indy Description The Key Responsibilities: Approve subcontractor and vendor invoices while monitoring budgets and allocating all project costs accurately. Identify cost overruns, complete budget variance reports, and communicate issues promptly. Set up new jobs, including managing submittals, RFIs, and manpower planning. Review and adjust project schedules, process change orders, and manage T&M tickets and approvals. Attend weekly manpower meetings and coordinate material orders, equipment, and onsite resources. Support the Superintendent with onsite issues and conduct weekly site visits to review quality and production. Communicate regularly with GC superintendents and project managers to ensure quality standards and schedule goals are met. Complete monthly budget updates, cost projections, billings, quarterly workload reviews, and annual performance and goal evaluations. Profile The Successful Candidate: 5+ years of experience working on drywall or metal framing scope of multifamily or commercial TI projects Ability to be a true plug and play project manager Understanding of construction budgeting, documentations, contracts, change orders Ability to coordinate efficiently with the GC team Manage Submittals, O&M Manuals, warranites, and all other project documentation with accuracy Strong communicator and team player Job Offer What's to offer: Competitive base salary: $100-120K Company bonus anywhere from 5-13% of your base salary Company vehicle and gas card provided!
