Job description

Essential Job Functions:

  • Supervision of the maintenance and repair of construction and maintenance equipment.
  • Can & should act in place of the Golf Superintendent when he/she is absent.
  • Interview, hire, train, direct and supervise a staff of employees for the purpose of maintaining the golf course and other outdoor areas.
  • Manage the scheduling and routing of personnel and equipment.
  • Inspects the golf course and related areas to evaluate how well management standards are being achieved and to effect changes in management programs.
  • Perform inventory control and oversee the equipment maintenance programs.
  • Keep accurate and complete records on payroll, inventory, weather data, maintenance procedures, etc.
  • Communicate regularly with Golf Course Manager & Golf Superintendent to discuss activities, goals, plans and member/customer input.
  • Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly work/project activities.
  • Provide service to internal and external customers which reflects the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation and Recognition. (S.T.A.R.)
  • Responsible for immediately informing on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit, witness or become aware; must report pursuant to company Self-Reporting Policy.
