We are seeking a talented GenAI Engineer with 2+ years of experience in software development, AI/ML, or data engineering, along with hands-on exposure to Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Python, RAG, and AI application development.
The ideal candidate should be capable of building, integrating, testing, and deploying LLM-powered applications, AI assistants, chatbots, enterprise search, and intelligent automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI-powered applications.
- Build and integrate solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications for enterprise knowledge and search use cases.
- Build document ingestion and processing pipelines, including:
- Data extraction
- Chunking
- Embeddings
- Vector indexing
- Retrieval
- Response generation
- Design and optimize prompts for different business use cases.
- Develop AI-powered applications such as chatbots, virtual assistants, document summarization, and question-answering systems.
- Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and third-party services.
- Develop backend APIs and services using Python and FastAPI/Flask.
- Work with vector databases and semantic search technologies.
- Evaluate and improve LLM response quality, relevance, latency, and reliability.
- Implement error handling, validation, guardrails, and security controls for AI applications.
- Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, ML engineers, and product teams.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
Required Technical SkillsProgramming
- 2+ years of experience in software development, AI/ML, or related engineering roles.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience developing APIs using FastAPI or Flask.
- Strong understanding of:
