Description:

Contract Graphic Designer — Incline Marketing

A division of ROR Holdings

At Incline Marketing, we take our clients to new heights — and we do it thanks to our core values: Honesty, Partners, Experts, Fun. These values shape every decision we make and define the kind of people we welcome to our team.

We're looking for a Contract Graphic Designer with 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing and web design to join us this fall.

Location: Ideally based in Rexburg, ID or St. Petersburg, FL

Schedule: Up to 40 hrs/week

Duration: September 1, 2026 – mid-December 2026

Rate: $25–$30/hour

Tools You'll Use

  • Figma
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Express)
  • Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, etc.)
  • Slack
  • Asana (preferred, not required)

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with design and web development teams on website builds — UX/UI mockups, QA, and research
  • Review websites throughout development to ensure design accuracy and quality; communicate revisions with developers, give clear feedback, and approve pages before launch
  • Design digital assets for paid social campaigns, including static ads, carousels, and simple animations
  • Create visuals and layouts for email marketing campaigns that follow brand guidelines and best practices
  • Join team meetings with design and web teams — pitch ideas, research solutions, and lend your expertise
  • Design high-converting landing pages for paid social, email, and Google Ads campaigns grounded in UX and marketing best practices
  • Keep project files, assets, and brand libraries organized across design programs
  • Bring a strong eye for branding, visual storytelling, typography, photography, and modern digital aesthetics — as shown in your portfolio

What You Bring

  • A degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design
  • Solid grasp of typography, composition, color theory, visual hierarchy, and accessibility
  • Experience designing responsive websites and marketing assets
  • The ability to take feedback well, apply it to future work, and keep an eye for detail
  • Initiative, collaboration, and a readiness to take on new challenges
  • Strong time management and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • A genuine enjoyment of working with a supportive, creative team

Values-driven: You embody Honesty, Partners, Experts, and Fun in how you work and collaborate.
