At TechnoGuard, you’ll join a collaborative, forward-thinking team committed to excellence, growth, and building the infrastructure behind the digital world.**About the Role:**The PMO Manager is responsible for establishing, operating, and continuously improving TechnoGuard’s Project Management Office (PMO). This role ensures projects are selected, planned, executed, and reported consistently across the organization while providing leadership visibility into schedules, budgets, resources, and risks.The PMO Manager partners closely with Operations, Finance, Sales/Estimating, and field leadership to drive predictable execution, improve profitability, and strengthen customer satisfaction across the project portfolio.**Responsibilities and Expectations:*** Serve as the functional leader for Project Management standards and accountability across the organization.* Manage and enforce PMO governance, including project intake, prioritization, approvals, change control, stage-gate reviews, and standardize project management processes, templates, tools, and documentation.* Ensure ETC and EAC methodologies are consistently applied in accordance with company policies and contract requirements.* Develop, maintain, and validate ETCs and EACs for active projects based on scope, schedule, cost, and performance data.* Oversee and administer the enterprise project portfolio, ensuring data accuracy while managing portfolio-level reporting on KPIs, schedules, job costs, margins, resource capacity, and risk.* Lead cross-functional coordination with Operations leadership to validate staffing plans, manpower capacity, and qualification alignment.* Manage project financial controls, including budget baselines, cost performance monitoring, billing coordination, and project closeout.* Lead recurring project and portfolio review cadences; escalate risks and remove obstacles as needed.* Lead the development of Project Managers by coaching, mentoring, and enforcing standards for project communication, documentation, and customer touchpoints.* Maintain and drive continuous improvement through lessons-learned processes.* Oversee estimating and sales handoffs to ensure scope alignment and project readiness prior to kickoff.* Monitor and enforce compliance, safety coordination, and quality documentation requirements.* Manage PMO cadence including weekly portfolio meetings, monthly KPI reporting, and quarterly planning cycles.* Participate in cross-functional leadership meetings and support operational initiatives as assigned.* Partner with Project Managers to ensure forecasts accurately reflect current project status, risks, and anticipated changes.* Assist in identifying project risks and opportunities that may affect cost or schedule outcomes.*Additional Expectation** Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation, including prolonged periods of sitting or standing, computer use, verbal and written communication, and occasional lifting or movement of materials weighing up to 50 pounds.* Some travel required, less than 20%**What Success in This Role Looks Like:*** Projects across the organization are executed using consistent standards, tools, and reporting.* Leadership has clear visibility into project performance, financials, risks, and capacity.* Project Managers are supported, coached, and held accountable through structured processes.* Operational execution improves through predictable delivery, stronger margins, and reduced risk.* Cross-functional partners view the PMO as a value-driving, solutions-oriented group.## Qualifications**What You’ll Bring:****Required Qualifications*** 5+ years of project or program management experience, including 1–3 years in a PMO, portfolio, or project leadership role* Strong understanding of project management fundamentals, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, change control, and job cost financial controls.* Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence cross-functional teams* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience**Preferred Qualifications*** PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2 certification* Experience in construction, specialty contracting, facilities, or field operations environments* Exerience with ERP or project management systems (e.g., Assignar, Acumatica), including advanced Excel or dashboarding and data governance.* Change management experience and success driving adoption of new processes or tools**What You’ll Get:*** Pay range: $100,000 USD to $120,000 USD (annualized).
