Full Stack Java Developer (Senior)
Rate: $62-73/hr (Can potentially flex for more senior level candidates) Location: Hybrid / On-Site Clearance: Active Top Secret Clearance Required Experience: 8+ Years Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Position Overview We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Java Developer to support the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise applications within an Agile environment. This role will be responsible for building secure backend services, modern user interfaces, database solutions, and supporting the full software development lifecycle from requirements through production deployment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, React, and PostgreSQL.
Build secure and scalable RESTful APIs to support data access and system integrations.
Design and implement modern user interfaces using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and reusable component patterns.
Create and maintain normalized PostgreSQL database schemas and optimize queries for performance and scalability.
Support data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and consistency between legacy and modernized systems.
Participate in application deployment activities, version control processes, and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
Support all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and operations & maintenance.
Ensure compliance with security requirements, accessibility standards (Section 508), and enterprise development practices.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement. Required Qualifications 8+ years of software development experience.
Strong experience developing user interfaces with React, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, and modern front-end design practices.
