Job Title: Python/Django Back-End Developer (Contract-to-Hire) Location: Chicago, IL Need local only Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire USC/GC About the Role We are seeking a skilled Python/Django Back-End Developer for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Chicago. This role is ideal for a developer passionate about building scalable back-end systems, working with modern web technologies, and collaborating with a dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance back-end applications using Python and Django.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure security, reliability, and maintainability of applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong experience with Python and Django framework.
  • Experience building RESTful APIs and integrating with front-end applications.
  • Proficiency with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar.
