Emphasizes systematic problem-solving approaches and connects thermodynamics to power generation, HVAC systems, and materials processing applications.
  • Curriculum Awareness & Adaptive Instruction: Familiar with engineering thermodynamics curricula and common challenges such as distinguishing system types, applying the second law correctly, and interpreting property tables and diagrams. Adapts instruction using thermodynamic property tables, cycle diagrams, and step-by-step energy balance frameworks to support engineering students from introductory through advanced thermodynamics and thermal systems design courses.
  • Effective Teaching Methods: Ability to identify concepts students commonly struggle with, explain material using multiple approaches, and adapt instruction to meet individual learning needs and styles.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style.
