  • State LPN license

  • Min 1 -2 year of LPN experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred .
  • Duties include taking Vitals, assisting with ADL’s, transportation, Medicine administration and reminders, Assisting RN’s.
  • Care/Rehab or Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred
