Job description

Flowback Operators are responsible for providing customers with safe, accurate, and compliant operations at the wellsite. Ideal candidates must:
  • Maintain and service all well testing equipment
  • Communicate effectively on site with personnel and operations managers
  • Have effective working knowledge of rules and regulations provided by governing regulatory bodies
  • Demonstrate the ability to work away from home and necessary hours that can exceed 12 hrs. per shift
  • Display capability when assisting in rigging the equipment in and out associated with the job
  • Perform readings on gauges and monitors
  • Take orders for assigned duties from on-site Supervisor
  • Call out alerts on facilities on each designated routes.
  • Identify and troubleshoot minor repairs as needed
  • Effectively send reports via email
  • Adhere to strict company safety standards and policies at all times
  • Have a proven ability to control cost and daily invoices to the operator
  • Perform all other duties assigned by management

Work Schedule: Due to the nature of the business, weekend and evening hours are necessary

Experience: 2+ years in the flowback services services environment. Proficient computer skills preferred.
Other Requirements: Must maintain a valid driver's license, meet minimum driving standards for insurance purposes, successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
