Job description

Project Kuiper is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). Its mission is to bring fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities around the world. Project Kuiper will help close the digital divide by delivering fast, affordable broadband to a wide range of customers, including consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity.
Join Amazon Leo's Global Contract to Cash team and play a key role in transforming customer commitments into realized revenue

You'll execute contract onboarding, manage billing operations, and collaborate across teams to ensure accurate invoices and healthy cash flow for a mission-driven initiative bringing fast, affordable broadband to underserved communities worldwide.
Key job responsibilities
Execute contract onboarding and billing operations by processing B2B customer contracts with Private Pricing Addendums, ensuring contractual terms are accurately captured in our systems and supporting assisted orders and manual billing adjustments as needed
Support dispute resolution and credit processes by partnering with FinOps and Customer Service to resolve billing discrepancies, execute credit and rebill processes, and issue refunds for tax exemptions
Ensure data quality and accuracy by performing periodic audits of onboarded contract data, supporting month-end close activities including accruals submission and revenue reconciliation, and tracking spend commitments
Identify and escalate issues by recognizing critical billing and contract onboarding problems, escalating through established channels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to find timely solutions
Drive operational improvements by analyzing processes, recommending enhancements and system customizations, creating and maintaining standard operating procedures, and presenting data-driven improvement proposals to leadership
Export Control Requirement:
Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S

as a refugee or granted asylum.
A day in the life
Your focus will center on supporting the contract-to-cash lifecycle for Amazon Leo's B2B customers. You'll execute contract onboarding processes, ensuring contractual terms are accurately captured in our systems so that billing artifacts generate correctly. You'll process assisted orders, support manual billing adjustments, and partner with Customer Service and Account Managers to resolve billing and order queries.
Beyond routine operations, you'll dive into dispute resolution with our FinOps team, collaborate on credit and rebill processes, and support month-end close activities including accruals submission and revenue reconciliation

You'll also identify opportunities to improve our processes-whether that's documenting requirements for automation, creating standard operating procedures, or presenting data-driven improvement proposals to leadership. Your work touches multiple teams across the organization, requiring you to communicate clearly with both business and technical stakeholders while managing competing priorities.
About the team
We are a team of operational professionals dedicated to driving Amazon Leo's commercial success through excellence in the contract-to-cash lifecycle. Our vision centers on optimizing operations through data-driven insights and building scalable processes that support Amazon Leo's growth as we expand global broadband access

We combine operational expertise with product-centric thinking, working collaboratively with Accounting, Finance, Customer Service, Account Managers, and Engineering teams to solve complex problems.
You'll be joining a group that values deep problem-solving, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. We serve diverse customers-from consumers to businesses to government agencies-in underserved communities worldwide. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver timely, accurate billing and maintain healthy cash flow, supporting Amazon Leo's mission to close the digital divide.
