*The weekend shift works Friday, Saturday and Sunday 5 am - 5 p.m. totaling 36 hours.  You are paid for 40 hours, plus an extra $1.00 per hour.


Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and build furniture according to product specifications


Requirements

Requirements:

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Strong special relations, be able to evaluate set list of parts and understand fit and function
  • Exceptional problem solving skills
  • Working knowledge of cutting tools and assembly equipment
  • Quality craftsmanship with a good eye for detail
  • CNC wood router and/or edge banding experience is a plus
  • Maintaining a clean and efficient production department
  • Ability to lift up tp 50 pounds consistently
  • Ability to stand, bend, twist and reach throughout the entire shift
  • Teamwork mentality to drive continuous improvement
