About Our Client

Compensation: $20.00 – $25.00 / Hourly
The High-Volume Recruiter will lead the day-to-day execution of front-line hiring at our client's Leetonia, OH, manufacturing facility. In this role, you will manage active job postings, drive sourcing efforts, conduct phone screens, coordinate onsite interviews, and support recruitment marketing — all while keeping ATS records accurate and the candidate experience strong.
