Summary
The Site Manager Clinical Engineering leads clinical engineering initiatives to provide superior customer service and operational efficiency by managing the execution of the TRIMEDX Medical Equipment Management Plan (MEMP). This role manages day‑to‑day operations, collaborates with customers, develops associates, and serves as the communication link between hospital executives and TRIMEDX. The Site Manager also directs Joint Commission inspections and ensures compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead site operations and provide direction to technical staff.
- Motivate, coach, and mentor technicians and supervisors.
- Manage staffing and scheduling to deliver optimal service.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process improvements.
- Oversee inventory, service contracts, and labor/parts demand.
- Prepare and manage site KPIs and performance metrics.
- Coordinate Joint Commission inspections and address corrective actions.
- Conduct local strategy development and tactical execution.
- Engage with external customers at C‑suite level and manage business development opportunities.
- Ensure financial performance, including P$∧L responsibility and budget readiness.
- Support site readiness for quarterly value reviews and system‑level reporting.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and manage work order approval processes.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a clinical engineering or equivalent environment.
- Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strategic thinking and financial analysis capabilities.
- Ability to develop, motivate, and lead technical staff.
- Experience with service operations, inventory management, and KPI reporting.
- Preferred technical certifications: A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, CCE.
Education and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in electronics, engineering, or a related technical field is required or equivalent experience.
Compensation
Applicants can expect a compensation range of $91,000 – $146,000, subject to experience and qualifications.
