Customer Contract Specialist

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Customer Contract Specialist to join our team in the Columbus area. This position offers a variety of excellent benefits, including health insurance, dental and vision coverage, and paid time off.

Job Summary:

The Customer Contract Specialist is responsible for reviewing, processing, and managing customer contracts. This role participates in daily Contract Management operations and provides support to team members as needed.

Essential Job Functions & Tasks:
  • Ensure the integrity of provisioning system performance and deliver world-class enrollment, account management, and customer retention operations that exceed expectations.
  • Support all phases of the contract lifecycle, including creation, review, approval, and execution.
  • Assist with daily operations related to provisioning services and contract approval processes.
  • Take accountability for the timeliness, accuracy, and quality of mission-critical projects, processes, and outcomes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Requirements:

Education:

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of contract management, operations, or relevant business experience preferred.
Additional Requirements:
  • Ability to learn energy/utility contracts and understand procurement/administration challenges.
  • Understanding of back-office systems and processes; ability to adapt processes to achieve goals and drive improvement.
  • Experience executing complex initiatives with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Fluency across multiple business functions; knowledge of budgeting and accounting procedures.
  • Strong business acumen, conflict resolution, and delegation skills.
  • Process-driven mindset with emphasis on continuous improvement.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and leadership ability.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening, with ability to explain and interpret issues clearly.
  • High energy, self-starter with ambition and drive.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
