Electric Vehicle Charging Sales Account Manager (Centennial, CO)
Pay: $80k - $100k base salary + Commission with No Cap

Overview:
Winn-Marion is seeking an experienced professional to join our growing team, to lead and contribute to the success of Winn-Marion's long-term strategy and implementation of a national charging network. The Account Manager is primarily responsible for creating new business sales, marketing, territory management and development, product demonstration, and hitting sales goals. This person must solicit new business and/or customers while maintaining excellent relationships and service to existing customers. This person needs to be an experienced, self-motivated, results-oriented individual who can successfully expand Winn-Marion’s electric vehicle charging and supporting electrical business. Knowledge and experience with charging station installation processes is strongly preferred, but can be supplemented with sales experience with other electric or industrial equipment.

Job Qualifications:
  • A passion for success!
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering; Master’s Degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years of either sales experience focused on customer and user acquisition and/or project management experience.
  • Enthusiasm for vehicle electrification with a basic understanding of today’s electric vehicle charging complex, and a good knowledge of either the automotive or parking industry.
  • Proven track record of building market development strategies and delivering results.
  • Ability to converse with and persuade stakeholders at all levels of management, and excellent written skills.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of financial concepts to analyze and articulate economic impacts and returns.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license with a good MVR and must be willing and able to travel up to 50%

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Continuously track and analyze the Electric Vehicle (EV) industry to identify, evaluate, and articulate expansion and revenue opportunities.
  • Drive the education of the EV market and the acceptance and adoption of Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) solutions among Clients and the Commercial Group.
  • Grow the organization’s total charging station location count and commissioning new initiatives when opportunities present itself.
  • Work with internal Product and Technology Teams to increase driver utilization through leveraging technology.
  • Recruit, onboard, and support electrical and installation partners and distributors.
  • Coordinate the relationship and communication between site hosts (e.g. property owners), EV and utility/electrical partners, and the organization’s Commercial Group.
  • Work with the Commercial Group to draft and present business proposals to site hosts, and manage the entire sales and contractual process.
  • Document and track pipeline (and milestones) to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner.
