Position Summary

This position provides support to two organizations, Transmission Projects and Transmission Engineering. The position must exercise confidentiality, tact and diplomacy. Uses business software applications (e.g., word processing, presentation and spreadsheet) to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc.; may prepare responses to routine correspondence and inquiries. Receives, screens and directs incoming calls, visitors, mail and e-mail. Maintains files, records, calendars and diaries; typically arranges business travel, coordinates meeting arrangements, and tracks expenses. Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision; serves in non-exempt capacity.

Responsibilities

• Uses business software applications (e.g., word processing, presentation and spreadsheet) to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc• May prepare responses to routine correspondence and inquiries• Receives, screens and directs incoming calls, visitors, mail and e-mail• Maintains files, records, calendars and diaries• Typically arranges business travel, coordinates meeting arrangements, and tracks expenses• Provides support to two General Managers and their teams

Required/Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree• 2 plus years related work experience• In lieu of Bachelor's degree(s) AND 2 plus year(s) related work experience listed above, High School/GED AND 4 plus year(s) related work experience

Desired Qualifications

• In addition to desired degree, 5 years related work experience
