Job description

Job Summary

The Corporate Attorney / Staff Attorney is a member of the Legal Department that will be responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and drafting contracts to ensure alignment with Zeeco’s corporate risk profile. The Zeeco Legal Department researches, develops and distributes legal information and guidance in support of Zeeco’s internal and external business. The individual in this position will provide contracts work in pursuit of developing and maintaining the support of the Legal Department.

General Responsibilities
  • Draft, Review and Negotiate Global and Domestic Sales and Purchase Contracts
  • Draft, Review and Negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements and Licensing Agreements
  • Domestic and Global Customer and Vendor Compliance Screening
  • Corporate Training
  • Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience
  • Law degree from ABA accredited law school; three (3) years of commercial contract experience.
  • Bar admission in the State of Oklahoma.
  • Ability to interact with internal and external clients at varying levels of organization, identify their needs and present practical solutions.
  • Ability to prioritize competing tasks and maintain superior attention to detail and quality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams
