Job description

SUMMARY
The Contracts Manager is responsible for supporting the full lifecycle of customer and vendor contracts, as well as managing airport permits and related documentation. This role serves as a key liaison between Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Billing to ensure contracts are accurately drafted, tracked, executed, and communicated. The Contracts Manager also supports compliance with contractual obligations, pricing mandates, and regulatory requirements impacting customer agreements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee airport permits, including research, application, renewal, and ongoing compliance
  • Draft, review, and track contracts and amendments from initial request through final execution
  • Maintain accurate contract records and version control within contract system
  • Upload and manage final executed agreements and related documentation
  • Serve as a liaison with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Billing to support contract execution and compliance
  • Managing deadlines, follow up and escalate when compiling information
  • Research and respond to contract-related billing questions or disputes
  • Communicate new and amended contract financial details to Billing in a timely manner
  • Create, communicate, track and escalate as needed, the impact of mandates (minimum wage changes, benefits, CBAs, etc.) on existing customer contracts
  • Support contract audits, renewals, and reporting requests
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive contract and pricing information
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Ability to work onsite, Monday-Friday
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbally
  • Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in contracts, business administration, or a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience supporting contracts, documentation, or administrative functions
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with contract management systems preferred
  • Pass a background check and drug screen

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY / WORKING CONDITIONS
  • Position is generally sedentary, sitting for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Repetitive use of hands, wrists, and fingers
  • Ability to hear and respond to the spoken voice and audible alerts
