# Head ICT Operations 80-100% (m/w/d)You take ownership of a global IT operations landscape that is evolving, from traditionally managed services towards a more integrated, in-house and product-oriented operating model. Together with your teams, you ensure that around 800 employees worldwide rely on stable, secure and high-performing digital services, while continuously improving how these services are delivered. At the same time, you actively shape how we run IT operations globally, bringing clarity, structure and measurable impact into our organisation.* **Full-time****What makes your everyday life exciting?*** End-to-end responsibility for global IT operations, including Service Desk, platforms, physical infrastructure and end-user experience* Ensuring stable, secure and high-performing IT services across all location* Leading and developing a distributed IT Operations organization, including multiple team leads* Managing the global service model (L1–L3) and continuous service improvement* Owning business-critical platforms such as Azure, AWS, digital workplace, identity management and connectivity* Driving security and compliance operations (e.g. vulnerability management, incident response)* Managing external partners, service providers and licensing models incl. FinOps* Owning IT Operations budget, KPIs and performance transparency towards senior leadership* Ensuring smooth transition from projects into stable operations* Collaborating closely with the CTO, senior business stakeholders and international teams**What skills do you need to bring?*** 10+ years of experience in IT, including several years leading global IT operations or infrastructure organizations* Proven ownership of a global service desk and complex, multi-cloud platform landscapes (Azure, AWS)* Track record of running customer-facing or product-adjacent operational platforms (e.g. SaaS, IoT, connected products)* Strong service management foundation (e.g. ITIL) with the ability to evolve operations to-wards modern, DevOps-driven models* Hands-on experience across core infrastructure domains: identity (Microsoft Entra ID), end-point management, networking/SD-WAN, security operations and observability* Demonstrated success managing strategic vendors and contracts at scale* Excellent stakeholder management; able to translate between executive business language and deep technical detail* Fluent English required; German is a strong advantage**What can we offer you?** We offer you a key leadership role with significant impact in a global Swiss technology company.
