We are currently looking for a Saviynt Engineer to join KeyData's Delivery team! In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions for enterprise customers. You will work closely with clients and technical teams to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient IAM solutions while being hands-on with all technical aspects of implementation, integration, testing, and support. Location:  Downtown Dallas, Texas, USA (Hybrid- 3 to 4 days onsite per week)

Employment Type: Contract, Immediate Start through March 2027

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the primary SME for Saviynt EIC, providing platform administration, troubleshooting, and production support.
  • Lead application onboarding using OOTB and custom connectors including REST, JDBC, LDAP, SCIM, CSV, and Disconnected applications.
  • Configure and support workflows, roles, entitlements, provisioning rules, access requests, certification campaigns, and SoD controls.
  • Enhance identity lifecycle management processes including Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML), birthright provisioning, and policy-based automation.
  • Troubleshoot provisioning, connector, job execution, and integration issues while performing root cause analysis and resolution.
  • Collaborate with IAM, security, infrastructure, compliance, and application teams to implement governance and access management best practices.
  • Support platform upgrades, enhancements, roadmap initiatives, and DevOps-driven deployments across environments.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge transfer materials for support teams.
  • Improve access governance reporting, role management, and certification processes to strengthen compliance and operational efficiency
Who We're Looking For:
  • 8+ years of overall IAM experience & 4+ years of hands-on experience with Saviynt IGA/EIC.
  • Strong expertise in Saviynt workflows, rules engine, analytics, tasks, roles, certifications, and SoD management.
  • Experience with application onboarding, identity lifecycle management (JML), RBAC/ABAC, and access governance processes.
  • Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, JSON, and Groovy scripting within Saviynt environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, databases, and Unix/Linux environments.
  • Experience integrating enterprise and cloud applications across Azure and AWS environments.
  • Solid understanding of provisioning, reconciliation, access requests, certifications, and identity governance controls.
  • Experience supporting production environments and resolving complex IAM-related issues.
  • Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Saviynt Professional, Advanced Configuration, or Engineer certifications.
  • Experience with DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and Saviynt MCC deployments.
  • Understanding of SSO, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and identity governance frameworks.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, Security+, Azure, AWS, or ITIL Foundation are preferred.
  • Experience working in customer-facing consulting, implementation, support, or enhancement engagements.
  • Familiarity with compliance and audit requirements such as SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, or ISO 27001 is a plus. #LI-RR1
