Job Title: Senior AEM Cloud Full Stack Engineer

Location: Hybrid – Dearborn, MI
Start Date: September 1st
Duration: 12-month contract

Job Overview:

Ford Motor Company is seeking a Senior AEM Cloud Full Stack Engineer to anchor a team focused on building scalable platforms delivering a dynamic and responsive front-end shopping experience. This role emphasizes delivering business value through high-quality, secure, and reliable applications.

Work Setup:

  • Hybrid model: Currently 2–3 days/week onsite.
    Starting September 1st, the role becomes 4 days/week onsite in Dearborn, MI.
  • Ideal for local candidates, but non-local will be considered.
  • 1-hour Teams video interview.
  • Skills-based assessment required (Google Cloud Platform Engineer via HackerRank).

  • CI/CD pipeline experience using GitHub, Jenkins, and Maven/Gradle
  • Experience supporting full stack development with React, Spring Boot, and AEM

Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement scalable, robust AEM Cloud-based solutions
  • Collaborate with Product Managers/Owners to deliver user-driven features
  • Drive migrations, page delivery, and support operations
  • Lead design and deployment frameworks such as React, Spring Boot, AEM
  • Automate monitoring and alerts for failures
  • Act as Agile team contributor and mentor for best practices
  • Participate in daily Agile ceremonies and champion DevOps culture
