Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Deploy, install, and configure desktop and laptop computers
  • Support PC refresh and replacement efforts across multiple facilities
  • Install software, operating systems, and security updates
  • Transfer user data and verify workstation functionality
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and peripheral issues
  • Set up monitors, docking stations, scanners, and related equipment
  • Provide onsite technical support and excellent customer service
  • Document completed work and deployment activities
  • Travel between AnMed sites as needed to support project schedules
  • Partner with IT leadership and project teams to ensure successful deployment execution

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in Desktop Support, Help Desk, Field Services, PC Deployment, or IT Support
  • Experience installing, upgrading, and troubleshooting Windows-based devices
